Q: Can I access my email from the internet via webmail like (Yahoo, Gmail, etc.) and via Outlook on my computer?

Outlook 2007
1. In your Outlook toolbar, click Tools and select Account Settings.
2. Click the E-mail tab and then click New.
3. In the Add New E-mail Account dialog box, select POP3 and then click Next.
4. Check the Manually configure server settings or additional server types check box, and then click Next.
5. Click Internet E-mail and then click Next.
6. Enter your User Information:
· In the Your Name field, type in your name as you would like it to appear in outgoing
  messages.
· In the E-mail Address field, enter your e-mail address.
7. Enter your Server Information:
· Select POP3 for server type.
· In the Incoming Mail Server field, enter “mail.YourDomain.com”.
· In the Outgoing Mail Server field, enter “smtp.YourDomain.com”.
8. Enter your Logon Information:
· In the User Name field, enter your Hmail email address. (For example,
username@YourDomain.com )
· In the Password field, enter the password for the Hmail account you want to access
from Outlook.
9. Clear the Require logon using Secure Password Authentication check box.
10. Check the Use the same settings as my incoming mail server check box.
11. Click Test Account Settings. Outlook will test the connection and send a test email.
12. Click Next.
13. Click Finish.
